Mezmo provides templates for commonly used queries, so that you can quickly add Views, Boards and Screens for those specific queries. Browse the full library of Mezmo Templates , select which templates you want, and then click on Get Started to download and import the template. After importing the templates you want, they will automatically appear in your Mezmo web application, under your Views, Boards, and Screens. You can at any time go back to the Template Library and click Edit on any template that you have already downloaded in order to modify which Views, Boards, and Screens you want to install, or remove them. What you can do in the Template Library depends on your permissions.
Note that if you have already modified any of the Views, Boards, Screens, parsing templates, or exclusion rules that were installed from a template, you will need to remove each of the modified items manually.

Templates and Your Permissions

Your Organization permissions apply in cumulative levels. Each level includes the one before it.
  • At the read level, you can see the Template Library in the navigation, open it, and browse the available templates.
  • At the write level, you can also install a template with Get Started and use Edit to change which Views, Boards, and Screens are installed, then save those changes.
  • At the manage level, you can also remove installed templates.
Controls you don’t have permission to use appear disabled rather than hidden. When you lack the permission an action needs, a message on the page explains why. If you need a permission you don’t have, ask your Organization’s Admin or Owner to grant it. For how roles and permissions work, see Role-Based Access Control. For the permissions each role grants, see the Feature Access Matrix.
